User Responsibility

NoLogin provides a platform for sharing content but we do not control or monitor what is shared through our service. Users are solely responsible for any text, files, documents, code, or other content they share or upload through NoLogin. How Pages Work

Understanding how NoLogin pages work is important before sharing any content:

  • Anyone with your page name can view your content unless you set a password
  • Anyone with your page name can edit, delete, or overwrite your content unless you enable Edit Lock
  • Edit Lock prevents changes but the page remains publicly viewable unless you also set a password
  • Password protection and Edit Lock are two separate features. Use both for full protection
  • Content expires and is permanently deleted after the time you set

Anonymous Use

NoLogin does not require login or identity verification. You are responsible for keeping your page name private. Anyone with your page URL can access and edit your content unless password protected or edit locked.

NoLogin is not responsible for unauthorized access to your content resulting from your page name being discovered or shared.

Password Protection & Edit Lock

Password protection restricts who can view your page but does not encrypt your content. Edit Lock prevents modifications to your page but does not restrict viewing.

These features provide access control only and do not guarantee complete protection in the event of a security breach.

File Downloads

NoLogin allows users to upload and share files. We do not scan, inspect, or verify uploaded files for malware, viruses, or harmful content.

By downloading any file from nologin.in you accept full responsibility for any risk associated with that file. NoLogin is not liable for any damage caused by files downloaded from our platform.

Only download files from people you trust.

No Permanent Storage

NoLogin is not a permanent storage solution. Content expires based on the duration you set at the time of sharing. We do not store previous versions of content and cannot recover deleted, expired, or overwritten pages.

Do not rely on NoLogin for storing important or irreplaceable data.

Age Restriction

NoLogin is not intended for users under the age of 13. By using nologin.in you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly allow content created by or targeting children under 13.

Content Disclaimer

NoLogin is not liable for the content uploaded or shared by its users. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of any content shared through the platform. You access and share content at your own risk and you are responsible for ensuring that your use of NoLogin complies with applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our Content Policy. However we are under no obligation to monitor, review, or censor content shared on NoLogin.

We do not guarantee complete security of the files and information shared on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring the security of the content you upload including using features like password protection, edit lock, and setting expiry durations.

NoLogin will not be held responsible for any data breaches, leaks, or unauthorized access to files shared through the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will NoLogin, its founders, developers, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • The use or inability to use our platform
  • The security, privacy, or protection of content shared through NoLogin
  • Any loss of data or unauthorized access to user content
  • Content shared by users that may cause harm, offense, or violate legal rights
  • Any damage caused by files downloaded from the platform
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability of the platform

NoLogin is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the platform will always be available or free of errors or interruptions.

Rate Limiting & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to rate-limit or block access to the service for abuse prevention without notice. Repeated or serious violations may result in IP-level blocking.
